You work with clients from employment agencies and job centers and advise and support them in personal coaching sessions. The aim is to develop realistic professional perspectives.

Our clients come from a wide variety of life situations, cultures and with a wide variety of experiences. We require openness and appreciative exchange, both in coaching and among our colleagues.

What is an activation and referral voucher?

The activation and placement voucher (short: AVGS) is issued by your employment agency or the job centers. You can apply for an AVGS at any time and informally (by phone, email or in person), provided you are registered as unemployed and receive ALG I or ALG II.


I already own an AVGS - Can I contact you directly?

If you already have an activation and placement voucher, arrange a non-binding initial consultation with us. Get to know us first and then arrange your individual one-to-one coaching sessions at a later point in time.


How is the process of a coaching?

As a rule, an initial interview is held with the participant in advance. In this conversation, it is clarified which measures are ideally necessary for the participant. The participant then organizes the activation and placement voucher from the employment agency/job center. After that, the coaching dates can be fixed.


What are the advantages of individual coaching?

In your coaching process, you will gradually work out your professional topics together with your personal coach.
